16 States have asked Congress to overturn Citizens United, allow Congress to regulate campaign contributions and elections spending, or to reserve Constitutional rights to natural persons.
NYTimes: Editorial endorsement in favor of the Democracy for All Amendment. - Washington Post: Why the GOP didn't filibuster S. J. Res. 19 - The Democracy for All Amendment (NOTE: The vote to move forward with debate was 79-18.)
- ACLU: A substantial minority of ACLU leaders opposes the organization's support for Citizens United.
